What are you suggesting:

Make bats stop spawning naturally (In Rising at least)​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

They are annoying as f**k, especially when working on underground builds (I had at least four spawn in a 15x15x15 underground build in my town). Plus, they don't drop anything, are hard to kill, get in the way of mining/placing blocks, and waste time.​

There is a flag that removes ALL naturally spawning mobs (or at least I thought there was)
