Mcmmo exp and drops from sand and gravel​

What are you suggesting:

To add exp gain from sand and gravel, also drops.
"Gravel Monsters" are a thing of the past.. also if you dont like a certain drop from a block just disable the drop, or make it a very rare chance.
Seems pointless to have these blocks not give items/exp..​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

because digging is a very popular skill and only having dirt and clay to get levels seems silly..​
