Lightning Cooldown Fix​

What are you suggesting:

Currently /lightning has a 10 minute cooldown which is fine.

The problem arises when you /lightning someone that has logged out, you spelled their name wrong, etc.

The lightning won't actually happen but still goes into cooldown regardless.

Suggestion: /lightning only goes on cooldown after it's successfully used.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Would stop the problem of having to wait a 10 minute cooldown to /lightning someone if it doesn't work due to them logging out, a wrongly spelled name, etc.​
