    Add the ability to legally fly in the end to Fly+​

    Bullet points because what are cohesive thoughts.

    • There's already the exploit of flying in the end- this will eliminate abuse of that.
    • Possibly add fly ability also attached to an ECD rank
    • PVP is almost entirely dead as it is.
    • May need to nerf chorus prices- but i just want pretty purple blocks.
