Convert EXP to 10 nstar​

What are you suggesting:

Simply a sign to convert EXP to 10 n-stars; because converting to 1 n-star costs 550 (+10% tax) and converting to 100 n-stars costs 50000 exp (+0% tax), converting to 10 n-stars could bridge between the gap in both conversion amount and tax cost like costing 5250 exp, which is 5% tax.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Currently saving 50000 exp is either too long on a scale of several days which has high risk or only possible with buying exp directly from the server, but saving 5000 (or 5250) exp is possible from a day of mining.​
