Nobody uses The End at all. Elytras are worthless now because fly is enabled, so resets are meaningless. Nobody has an incentive to go there, never-mind actually FARM.Other information:

-1 I still see a good amount of people there, and even though fly is enabled now, elytra still sell for mid 5-digits since /fly is expensive and nobody wants to buy it

I farm chorus when i Feel like it it.. Maybe a s slight buff would be good balancing. but get 2-3 ppl on a large farm and u can make alot of money from it to my experience and predictions would love to take you with me to test this 1 day?
