Chat Notification for /smelt, /soak​

What are you suggesting:

When you use the /cnd command you get a chat notification that says Your blocks were converted. I think it would be a small quality of life improvement to have these sort of notifications for /smelt and /soak as well.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Simply a small quality of life update, sometimes I find myself running the command twice because I didn't get the chat notification. In addition there are already notifications if the /smelt or /soak DO NOT work, so why not the opposite?​

Other information:

I suggest to use the &c for /smelt confirmation and &9 for /soak confirmation messages :)​

Plugin or custom addition:

Just a text addition to something already present.​
