Adjustment to MCMMO alchemy EXP​

What are you suggesting:

Raise the EXP gain for alchemy. Something like 8 times more the EXP gain.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Alchemy is by far the most time consuming skill to train to 1000 and has very little benefits for the grind.
The default EXP gain for alchemy according to the MCMMO wiki is as follows:

Second Brew 90exp for full stand (Ingredient)
Third Brew 180exp for full stand (Redstone or glowstone)
Fourth Brew 360exp for full stand (Gunpowder)

To reach level 1000 in any skill, 11,010,000 EXP is required.
11010000/180 = 61166.66
Meaning 61166 batches of potions are needed to reach level 1000 (183500 individual potions) Without the assistance of hoppers.

1st: 3 -> 24
2nd: 6 -> 48
3rd: 12 -> 96
4th: 24 -> 192

It's mainly PVP related potions, minus haste which is already disabled on ECC. Don't forget with 8x exp gain it's still about 7.5k batches of splash potions (With MCMMO times 4 perk), meaning 7.5k gunpowder which is not easily obtainable. Not only that it will still require many hours of grinding to achieve 1000 in the skill.
