Add EXP to /trade​

What are you suggesting:

Adding the ability to trade experience over /trade.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Currently no great way except to go through nstars, which can't be converted without the transaction costs. Would help beginners be able to sell their exp since they often cannot get to 550 exp to buy their first nstar.​

Other information:

I envision it being similar to how you /trade ecodollars, being able to add the EXP at different levels.​

Plugin or custom addition:

Whatever /trade uses.​
