Magic Tools Contract

Terms of the contract:
The purpose of this contract is to facilitate a payment plan of several L1 magic items -- namely, boots, pants, (PvP) sword and shears. Their unique ID's are #LD0MWGTA, #LD0MW5OS, #LD0N1IHG, and #LD0MVFOO, respectively.

@_RuckaMC is responsible for transferring via the forums four sums of $1,000,000 (totaling $4,000,000). If a payment is not of $1,000,000, it is considered invalid towards the payment of the magic items. (That is, if $999,999.99 is forum transferred to @Moosagi, @_RuckaMC is still responsible for transferring $1,000,000 for the given week).

Late fees will follow the following regime: if a payment is more than 48 hours late, @_RuckaMC is required to pay an additional $1,000,000 within one week's time, up until late fees accrue to $4,000,000. In the event that this occurs, @Moosagi may file a complaint via the forums regarding a breach of contract.

Payments will be due approximately every five days at 11:59 PM EST, and the following plan is to be followed:
Payment #1 -- $1,000,000 ECD -- January 26, 2023
Payment #2 -- $1,000,000 ECD -- February 2, 2023
Payment #3 -- $1,000,000 ECD -- February 9, 2023
Payment #4 -- $1,000,000 ECD -- February 16, 2023

In regards to ownership, @Moosagi will retain ownership of the aforementioned items, while @_RuckaMC will retain possession. Once all payments have been made, @Moosagi is to transfer ownership within two days of the final payment's due date. (That is, if the final payment is made on February 8, 2023 at 8 PM EST, @Moosagi must give ownership to the items by February 10, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST. If payments are completed on February 5, 2023 at 11 PM EST, @Moosagi has until February 7, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST to transfer ownership.) Should the items not be transferred within such a time window, @_RuckaMC may file a complaint citing a breach of this contract.
