Multiple times. I would walk outside the region and it would function as normal in the wild, then walk back into the region and it would function as a regular shovel.

Result:
The Magic Shovel would function like a regular shovel inside the region.

Expected Result:
Blocks should insta-break.

Evidence:
Notice that the shovel took durability hit while using in this region.
