Brief Description:
The trial spawner, vault, and ominous vault can still be broken, thus a magic shovel can break it at an instant
[Despite this being a vanilla thing, I believe this feels like a bug/oversight and not a suggestion given how we usually treat blocks like these, but please let me know if I should move it to suggestions. I was told to throw it here in bugs by staff]

Instructions:
Find the blocks and start mining them, preferably with a magic shovel

How many times did you recreate this?:
Once with each block listed (by accident each time)

Result:
Can break them

Expected Result:
Technically, them breaking is vanilla, but in the grand scheme of how we treat blocks like these, they shouldn't be able to be broken (like how spawners used to be unbreakable before the magic mace made it that we can pick them up)
