i bought wizard for /mn days ago but the command for /magic is still not working. I tried using it for another player and it gave me the msg that I do not have permissions.

I believe the first Wizard is for use on the 'main' server, and not mainnorth. Not sure if you're talking about wizard+ or not, but this is from the wiki:
Use this command to upgrade certain Magic Tools to the very next level. The maximum Magic level is 3.
- Can be used once every 30 days, on the Main server only.
- Magic Armor cannot be upgraded.

You can still however use your /magic on the main server and use /tb (travel bag) once per hour, to move it to another server.

You are still able to make use of this! :)
Use /tb which is free once an hour, and transfer your tool to the /main server.
Afterwards use /magic on your tool and use /tb to transfer it back to the /mainnorth server.
Nothing was lost, just gotta move around a bit via our servers. :)-
