Brief Description:
During magic hours wheat will grow instantly when planted I think this could be too easily abused with water harvest and could take away the need for large farms.

1.wait for magic hour
2.find empty farm land
3.plant wheat
..

Result:
wheat will instantly place in its fully grown form.
Expected Result:
wheat should be placed in its first growth stage.

This is a matter of lag - ive had the same experience if u relog - youll see that the wheat wasn't actually harvested in the first place , like when u mine a block and its still there but invisible until you relog
edit: ive tried to reproduce this in the past - just harvest the wheat super fast -> get a lag spike -> invisible unharvest wheat
fix would be plant a seed and it corrects itself or relog
