Terms of the contract:
I, ImPickles, promise to purchase a magic hoe on a $60 million payment plan plus $5 million interest at a rate of $2 million per week until the entire $65 million sum has been paid to MinecraftParkerH. No downpayment will be given. The contract can be canceled at any time, but without refund on any amount already paid. Upon completion of the total sum, ownership of the magic hoe will be transferred to ImPickles.

I would love to include these sort of specifics, but i'm having trouble reaching MinecraftParkerH to nail down any of those details. He told me to write up the contract, so I did to the best of my ability.
