Oh yeah pretty sure this is an anti cheat thing, happened to me a week back as well, forgot to report.
Yes, its typical anti-cheat behavior, but still, if anti-cheat kicks in on server created items, theres something horrible idiotic in the brain of the anti-cheat
For now you can prevent this by ensuring you have /fly enabled. We've added this to our development bug tracker, however this one may take a while as it requires some help from the anti-cheat developer.
This has now been fixed on our end. (No need to wait on the Anti-Cheat developer.) Fix will be live after our next maintenance period.
