Brief Description:
magic axe works on normal mode but tree feller does not break any blocks

Instructions:
1.walk up to tree hit it with tree feller it breaks the single block but it instantly comes back as if you are in a claim.

How many times did you recreate this?
Tried breaking trees in my own town with NESS then we moved to all the other mining worlds did not work anyhwere and did not work with any size tree.

Result:
No yield from any trees when using feller

Expected Result:
I want make tree go boom.

using /own on it did not change anything either just incase that helps.
