Have you ever wanted a shop but don't see the point of paying rent every week?

Do you want to be more creative in a shop design and feel stifled by the Marketplace height limits?

Here in Maerimydra (my Mayor town) we have the answer.

• Plots are one time purchase, and yours to keep for as long as you are active. (Or longer if you tell me you are going to be inactive, to a maximum of 6 months.)

• The 12x12 plots, while small-ish, still allow for building up as high as you like, and down no more than 15 blocks. (Town is over ocean, so be careful with this.) Buy more than one plot to join them together in to a bigger location! (To keep things fair, a limit of 4 plots per shop owner will be enforced.)

• There is one central warp for the town, /warp Maerimydra, plus a town-to-town portal that links Maerimydra to BunnyIsland... if you haven't seen that, it's worth a look... and there will be additional town-to-town portals added in the future that will lead to places like Thera (just outside Rising spawn) and more!

A plot will cost only $5000 for a shop, or $1000 if you build a home or other structure.
(Shops are defined as a building containing any trade signs, regardless of the appearance of the building.)​
