I was the previous owner of the town before I was removed from the town for unknown reasons during my 1 month temp-ban by andrew. Upon returning on ECC, I have mailed expoldzibo multiple times about this issue as he was one of the only owners of my town left. Expoldzibo blatantly ignored my requests and only replied when I Pmed him in-game, asking him to 'return' me my town. He instead asked a moderator if he should 'return' me my town and never replied after that. I have recently only found out that he had sold the town to Bad_Boy1_3. Bad_Boy1_3 has been constantly Pming me to remove my locks in the town even though he is not supposed to be owning it in the first place. The reason why i wrote 'return' was because of the fact that I did not know whether it was andrew which had removed me from the town or whether it was another owner in my town. I highly suspect that it was not andrew as my second town, which was adjacent to the first one was still owned by me and had no changes, this also includes the fact that expoldzibo was not a co-mayor in the second town. Thus, there is no right for Bad_Boy1_3 to remove the locks from my chest when he was not supposed to be owning it.
