Minecraft Username: mylosilver

Brief Description: First off, a user (JackTC33) got banned for griefing in my town around two days ago. His house got rolled back. I resold the plot to someone else, and some of their LWC-able items got locked by the banned user. I'm assuming this can only be possible by a bug.

Instructions: 1. Rollback a user. 2. Place LWC-Able items in the general location of where their house/plot used to be. 3. Some locks should show up by the banned user.

How many times did you recreate this bug?: 2 times (accidentally)

Result: New locks by banned user.

Expected Result: No locks by banned/rolledback user

If this was unclear at all, please speak up... I can try to clear things up. This is not a bug that can be reproduced very easily. This has happened to me before in the past but I disregarded it and just filed LWC removals for the strange locks.
