The user was banned from my town for stealing three chests of cocoabeans. The chest are clearly marked
to be used only for planting the cocoabean farm only. the user took the beans and sold them. The crime was varified by an investagator. I have sent the user a mail msg stating he stole and was no longer welcome, and to remove the lock on the trap door. The user has been offline for 12 hrs and has not replyed. As he was very new to the town(he had not paid for the plot, nor does he have any inventory or chests on the property), and am not sure of how active the player is.

I am trying to sell the plot, to raise money for a pick.
