I can't remove either of these users. Neither user has been offline for 7+ days and you haven't provided me with sufficient proof of providing them with notice of being evicted. Even for banned users we require 7+ days of inactively for locks to be removed and in the case of jss0126 I have no proof that you have given them the required 3 days eviction notice.
With regards to the 'troll-locked' chest, I am not sufficiently convinced that it is a genuine troll-lock to remove it. If you message jss0126 to give them 3 days eviction notice this chest will be included in that. If you do decide to do this via in game /mail, please be sure to get plenty of screenshot evidence of you giving a 3 day warning. Timestamps are very important.
