6. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: Inactivity in my town. User was sent an in game /mail send on March 13 by my Co-Mayor Generaljoecool warning him about his inactivity. Never responded. It's now the 20th and I have re-sent /mail asking him to remove his locks. Can't get a hold of him (he has been offline for several days.
