    User is only offline for two days, in order to have a trade sign removed where they do not have permission, you will have to give them three days of notice to remove it. You can either use screenshots of contacting them via pms, or mails by: Writing the mail, taking a screenshot, sending, and taking two screenshots. The first and third screenshots will be used as evidence.
