    As the user does not have a forum account, forum threads cannot be used as evidence for evicting him. If you have screenshots of evicting via mail, you can make a new thread as the evidence for his removal.

    In addition, you can always wait for him to be offline for seven days on /seen, and then you can request his locks be removed for inactivity.

    Lwc removal request denied.
