Can you provide proof of this?: No, he has not been banned, one of my rules is "If you are offline for more than 7 days then you will be kicked from the town." I wasn't able to ask him to remove his chests because he has been offline for more than a month. He read the rules and agreed to them.

9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: Well, he has been offline for a month and 4 days, and one of my rules is that, " If you are offline for more than 7 days then you will be kicked from the town." He read the rules and agreed to them. I want him gone because of this, but also because I am almost done getting money for my town portal and I want every plot to be nice and with nothing in it. RaVe_Leader's chests though are in one of the 30x30 plots and I cannot remove them because I don't have the ability to, so that is why I need his chests gone.
