IS USER BANNED? WHAT COMMUNICATION EFFORTS?: This user has not been banned, however he has been gone from the town for 11 days and 20 hours at time of Thread Post. The town rules clearly state that 7 day inactivity is a cause for removal from town, and he has had 3 days (length of time allowed for claiming items in noodleville) since then to get his things. I have not been able to communicate with him because he has not been on since time of removal from town, but I put clear signs on his house explaining that he would be removed in 3 days, which I have since taken down. Town rules were very clear on this.

WHY DO I WANT IT GONE: Until his chests are gone, noodleville cannot claim the plot back even now, after he has been removed from town. We basically have a space where nobody is living that we cannot use.
