    I see no attempt at contacting the player in game to remove their locks. I advise to contact them and give them time to remove their locks. If the player refuses to remove the locks after being asked to, you can then file another lwc removal report here with valid screenshot evidence in order for us to take action.

    Also please remember to link the town app that belongs to the town you are applying the lwc lock removals on for next time.
