8. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things?: I do not know but I have tried contacting him multiple times about my plans. Of course I haven't seen this play in a couple of weeks and his home looks like it had been partially destroyed due to a recent hacker but I have heard no complaints or seen any repairs.

9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: Getting rid of all the unactive players in my town to hopefully make a huge farm or replace them with active players to make the environment lively.
