Hi this is my first batch of lwc removals for varrock, a nice little town I just bought.
I hope the format works well.
ALL USERS ON LIST ARE INACTIVE, IF NOT EXPLICITLY STATED.
LWC REMOVAL LIST VARROCK:
SIGN PLACED WHERE LWCS HAVE BEEN RECORDED( not all have signs)
The reason ALL of these LWCS are being removed is to make way for new construction/devolpment(s).
I have plans that all of these lwcs are in the way of.
This will not be the only LWC report for this town, there are a TON , this is just what i drafted in an hour or so.

2) COORDS:-14882,73,-1308 OWNER:chickenjoe119,Mrnewvegas3 DETAILS: Two doors (1door by each player), 1 chest(mrnewvegas3) 2x trap doors ( one each user) ACTIVE USER(YES/NO(within7days=active): NO


3) COORDS:-14873,84,-1322 OWNER:Tomdavis316 DETAILS: 2 Locked doors ACTIVE USER(YES/NO(within7days=active): NO


4) COORDS:-14877,79,-1334 OWNER: Dirmiere DETAILS:2 signs on walls ACTIVE USER(YES/NO(within7days=active): NO

5) COORDS:-14927,77,-1354 OWNER:Rockster2153 DETAILS:4 wooden doors ACTIVE USER(YES/NO(within7days=active): NO

6) COORDS:-14967,73,-1364 OWNER:xxmlgpro56xx DETAILS:two locked doors, two chests up path( follow signs), 4 furnaces up path follow signs follow ladder up to higher floor , sign points to two LWCED DOORS ACTIVE USER(YES/NO(within7days=active): NO

7) COORDS:-14926,86,-1400 OWNER:austithefrosti27 DETAILS:1 locked chest ACTIVE USER(YES/NO(within7days=active):NO

**SPECIAL LWC REMOVAL**( additional instructions added to make it easier to find lwcs)
Derpysqid's coffee shop
Coords -14830,73,-1429(coords of entrance)
Signs clearly mark where lwcs are to be removed from
User banned and inactive.
Ground floor
1 singlechest(donation chest,directly in front of entrance as you walk in) , 1 trapdoor, 1 wooden door, 2 singlechests
Floor 2
2 trapdoors clearly marked by sign, 1 double chest (the armor chest)

After this is done , return to ground floor exit building and follow signs to next LWC removal area.
You should reach a sign that says donation chest <<< , remove the lwc , it is by jamersdunn4 and he is inactive. then follow sign to locked chest in back of room.
After this has been completed, exit the building and follow the sign to the sign with lwcs on it(its straight ahead yu cannot miss it.) (by user shinyoka(inactive))

As for the exact number of lwcs to be removed ... I believe its in the 40s or something .... if that matters
