8. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? User is not banned, he/she is inactive. I have been trying to get this chest remove for a long time, he has finally been offline for 7 days. He logs on every 7 days, and does not reply to my pm's when he gets on for a minute.

9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: There is no reason for this chest to be here. User doesn't even have perms in the town, and hasn't for months.

 

Also, the whole town is PvP, so I'd be careful. There shouldn't be anyone in the town, but you never know.
