    We made an agreement that I sell him a plot for 4500 and he pays half up front and the other half by 7 days. We agreed that if he doesn't pay I take the plot back. This happened on June 27th and he still hasn't paid me back. Now he is also banned so I need his locks removed.

    9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?:
    Above reasons and just to clear up space.

    Unfortunately this user has only been offline for less than a day and I cannot remove the locks without the user being inactive at least seven days or you need to have proof that the events you mentioned have taken place or that you have notified them of the removal. Although the user is banned he is not banned for grief in your town and therefore the ban does not waive the required inactivity time required for the locks to be forcefully removed.
