Since this user has been banned for reasons non-related to the town of berklee, you must wait at least 7 days since the time of ban before requesting a LWC removal to give the user time to appeal their ban. If they appeal within 7 days of their ban, you can choose to contact the user and ask them to remove their locks within the next 3 days, should you still decide you want their locks removed.
