    9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: The signs were left as a message, even after the user knew of the /mail feature. They are out in plain sight where they shouldn't be.

    As this user is considered active, you will need to post a new lwc request containing the screenshot of you sending the mail, with the time stamp to prove when it was sent. Without this, I cannot remove the locks, as he is an active user.

    Lwc removal request denied.
