    8. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? Personally, no. A member of my town said he did it for "payback", but that doesn't matter.

    9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: He is not a part of my town, and locked a dispenser that was a resident's of my town.​
