8. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? no, user is temp-banned from my town for building in a plot he didn't own. I, and my co-mayor have repeatedly told the user to remove the building from the plot and he has ignored the messages and/or logged off from the server.

9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: plot is not his, need to clear off everything except user's chests which contain his belongings. I'll deal with that soon.
