9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: User is 17-18 days inactive and I have a rule in my town not be 10+ days inactive without a notice. Also, I have spoken to him and he says he doesn't really plan on coming back anyway.

Some additional info: The coordinates I have given are the first level of the house, remove everything in the house, including the doors, then proceed up 1 level in the house for more LWCs, then proceed up 1 more level to the top floor for just a couple extra chests.
