    9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: because its for decorations and its locked down and i cant put it up and it ruins the look in my shop :(

    If you want them to stay up I strongly suggest you personally lock them that way. This will not be a common occurrence as it is your responsibility to lock them. If you are unable to lock them then I suggest you remove them.
