Yes, I’ve posted a sign just like server rules says (3 Day Notice) and I’ve screenshotted him agreeing to town rules.

 

I will upload the photo in a about 30 mins.

 

@UnitedStates2 The first image is the "Rules and Regulations" agreement. All rules can be found at /warp dark_springs.
The second image is the 3 signs I put in front of his houses about 5 or more days ago. He had to pay a fine of $1k which was in the agreement if you were caught breaking the rules. Fines and punishment details can be found at /warp dark_springs. The fact that no response was taken place, I put up the "Eviction Sign" following the server's "3-Day Eviction Notice" rule.

 

Oh, well no. I guess I’ll wait until we reach the 7-day mark which would be for the “inactive” user cleanup.
