Yes. I did ask IN SKYPE. But he doesn't want to and is banned. I can't post an image here of it. But we had a discussion.
I said that TRADE SIGNS cannot be placed inside houses only outside.

He said that he places it inside so that nobody will take away his EXP of 250 ONLY!!! And it costs $9,999,999. I mean. Would anyone WANT to click it on purpose. Anyways. He has broke quite a lot of rules as an owner of my town and as a member. But I still keep him in because he just keeps begging and idk y. But I am just forced to.

Just because I am wuite strict on rules and if I do kick him out of my town it will still be there and ANYWAYS. The house the trade sign is in is not NeonFragS_YT house. But is Knight_aarush house. Just have NOT BEEN online for like 2 years.
But the main reason is because I wrote that TRADE SIGNS ARE ONLY ALLOWED OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. In the rules section.
