The player who owns these LWCs was evicted from the town due to inactivity and has yet to remove his locks from his chests and his door. He no longer registers on /seen. I have asked them to remove their LWCs but with no response.

The town of Pheonix is undergoing major renovations and this already evicted player has yet to remove his items from the area. His chests and door have not been touched in over one month and they are in the way of construction.
