    6. Is this user banned from the server? Can you provide proof of this?: No.

    7. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: This is the mayor's "mailbox" (chest) in front of his house that has been locked. So he wants the lock removed.

    Done. I suggest using /cpublic to lock this chest. This will allow anyone to open it but no one can lock it.
