11. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? Can you provide proof of this?: No, he has been offline for 17 days though. Yes I have. Bottom and top of pic shows the whole mail sent.

12. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: I would like to resell the plot and I do not know whether they are going to come back, 17 days is a long time. Also I would like to add that I left a chest (locked and modified for the plot owner to access) close to the plot with all their items in it from what they had built the house from and any items from unlocked chests/furnaces, so they may retrieve it whenever they get back on (if they do) along with a sign stating they have been evicted and to mail me for a refund on the plot.
