No he is not, was removed officially from perms today.

No he is not banned, yes I have made a forum post (http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/eviction-notice-cobaltium.123894/) evicting the user as well as sent him in game mail.
12. Why do you want it gone/reasons?:
User has broken multiple rules of Cobaltium

 

This is getting ridiculous, must I run fraps so that I never forget to take a damn screenshot... Such a pain.

EDIT: I posted his eviction notice on the forums last Thursday (6 days ago) and also sent him in game mail that same day which I forgot to screenshot. This is ludicrous, now I must send the user another message and wait another 3 days just so I can have a screenshot...
