Player is active, but not in this town of late. He was out first co-mayor, and as I redesign and rebuild, I periodically find lwc's, all of them legitimate but now out-of-date. I hate to keep bothering him every time I find one, and this is just an "annoucement sign" in the town square. Since @eyesee3 is tagged, can we get his permission to have lwc's like this removed, so he doesn't have to come back every time I find some more?

To finish the redesign of this side of the town square.
