Player has been inactive for more than 14 days. Town has a 14-day inactivity policy to which player agreed upon buying the plot. Further, this lock is in the middle of the town square. At some point, this player had an accident with one of her locks, and ended up locking our public cookpot personally.

To make prettier landscaping for the new layout of this corner of the square.
