They are not banned, but i cannot contact them- they are inactive for the length of time as so when you do "/seen" or "/mail" it provides the error "Error: Player Not Found"
11. Why do you want it gone/reasons?:
He has been inactive too long as per my town rules. This leaves his plot and contents to the town, as so the plot can be re-sold to someone who wants it.
