10. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? Can you provide proof of this?:
This player got a little overexcited when I told him I might sell him multiple plots, and put locked signs on three open plots, without permission. Then he got grounded (or his computer isn't working) and now has no computer access. I mailed him a couple of days ago (can dig the screenshot out if you need it), but he has been unable to get on ECC. I also notified him through post on the official Lancaster town thread. He and @Israellawson are friends irl, and he contacted me through Israel to let me know he can't get on the server (screenshot). See also the screenshot of a sign on the front of his house.

I think @JaiJeezy just got a little too enthusiastic, and I wouldn't want to see him disciplined or anything for this, which is why I'm filing this here rather than a "grief report." I think if he wasn't grounded or sans computer, he would have taken care of this already -- but it's tying up three plots in a very active town. Just one of those things.

To sell the plots to active players.
