no, she's not banned, but i've tried many times to contact her, with no response. she has not been in the town for at least 3 months, and was never really even a member of the town. She locked one of her sister's (_kiwi_cat_) 's doors, and then she never showed up at the town again. I've sent her maybe 2-3 mails about removing it over the months.
