There are quite a few protections that need to be removed. All of the chests in the basement need to be unlocked, as well as the anvils and the front doors to the house.

I have bought the town from xpurexcorex, but since he is not the original town mayor from the transfer, we couldn't do a town transfer. I would like to have all of Iticip's things as he is no longer part of ECC.
